What do you have in your vending machines?
We supply the most popular snacks, drinks, candy, gum & pastries, in addition to unique and hard to find snacks and drinks. Once we have your machine installed, you will have the option to hand select some of the products.

Do your machines only accept cash?
No. Every machine accepts cash payments, and is also equipped with a state-of-the-art, touch screen credit card reader. Every machine accepts “Tap to Pay”, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay & Monyx Wallet, a pre-paid vending card App where you earn rewards and free items over time.

How often do you restock?
As often as needed. All of our machines are remotely monitored with the latest software. We can see live transactions and inventory management to know exactly which items are running low or sold out. When we arrive, we have all the items we need to fill your vending machine.

Can I purchase a vending machine for my establishment from Lux Dei Vending?
We do not sell machines. We save you the money of purchasing your own machine. Lux Dei Vending will work with you to determine which machine would be best for you. We take care of installation, regular stocking, maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, etc.

Who owns Lux Dei Vending?
We are a family owned business. The owners, Matthew & Jessica, reside in Gainesville and love serving our local community. We will be the ones you see on-site, every time! You may also see one of our 3 boys assisting us. Don’t worry, they’re only concerned with working and helping so we’ll pay them for a job well done.

What should I do if my machine is not working properly?
We place decals on all machines with contact information if any issues occur. Technical issues are assessed and resolved as soon as we can, most times same day or next day. If a problem arises with the credit card reader, this can be worked on remotely and, most times, resolved quickly.

How do I get started with Office Coffee Service with Lux Dei Vending?
Simply submit a form on our contact page or give us a call. We will schedule an appointment to put together a plan for your location. We will decide on the best brewer option for your location and present our product selection to keep your coffee supply always full and ready to caffeniate.

What types of service plans do you offer?
We have 2 options: 1-year contracts and month-to-month without signing a contract. Both service plans require a monthly minimum purchase amount on products (coffee, cups, creamer, etc.) If a 1-year contract option is selected, there will be no equipment lease fee. If the month-to-month option is selected, there will be an equipment lease fee, in addition to the monthly minimum purchase amount on products.

How much is the lease fee if I don't sign a contract and what is the minimum purchase amount?
The monthly lease fee and minimum purchase amount will vary with each location. Factors to be considered are: type of brewing equipment & size of location we are providing service for.

How do I purchase supplies?
We have a convenient online ordering system where you can choose only the products you need when you need them. Depending on your geographic location, the supplies will either be delivered or shipped directly to you.

Can I special order coffee, creamers, etc. that my employees and staff request?
Yes. As long as a request is made, we will work with you to special order certain products tailored for your specific location.

What types of brewers do you offer?
We offer Bunn Pourover Coffee Brewers with 1 , 2 or 3 burners for medium to large locations. If you are looking at service for a smaller office or waiting area, we can provide a commercial grade Keurig.
